New recipes, new textures, new physical conditions: the avant-garde cuisine sets new trends in the gastronomy.

Whoever is looking professional and intensive into the subject about quality of products and foods

doesn't want to accept any asthetic compromises.

Therefore experimental cooking needs innovative porcellain. The Darmstadt designstudio Metz and

Kindler created a service for Reichenbach, which is fullfilling highest demands on design and function

with its futuristic forms.

In this creation the famous designers confined themselves to the colour white and just a few, universal

useful basic shapes: oval platters in different sizes to arrange meals and earless, spherical cups for all

fluids like soups, sauces or Espresso.

Little side dishes are completing the concept. A sophisticated concept for professionals created with starrestaurant Juan Amador.
